Nov. 1, 2010 - SALEM, NH: APPLI‑TEC is changing its product label stock to a material specifically manufactured for laboratory and cryogenic applications. The new label is designed to survive extremely cold environments and chemical exposure.
What has changed:
The new label is more compact and thinner. The background color of white will be replaced by silver.
What has NOT changed:
The printable area remains 1.25" X 1.625". Therefore, the text size remains the same as well as the amount of information displayed. Color striping has not been affected.
Benefits:
The new label is fiber free and remains flexible at low temperatures. And because it offers superior adhesion properties, the label size has been decreased by 50%, reducing waste and environmental impact.
INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE

When the power went out, the recently upgraded automated freezer backup and security systems were activated.
