Formulated for outstanding performance in aerospace applications and high-performance electronics assemblies, all thermally conductive Appli-Thane adhesives listed are ASTM-E595 low outgassing and low modulus.

All Appli-Thane products are precision mixed, degassed and frozen (Cryo-Pac®) and comply with Appli-Tec’s rigorous testing and traceability standards.

Due to their longer pot life and shorter cures, Appli-Thane pre-mixed and frozen adhesives are ideal for aerospace, defense, and high performance electronics staking and potting applications.

Appli-Thane® 7125

A clean, low toxicity, easy to use polyurethane compound for advanced electronic assembly. 7125 is self‐leveling and de‐airs easily for defect free potting. 7125 passes NASA outgassing requirements and provides strain relief for many bonding applications where high thermal conductivity is not required.

Appli-Thane® 7130

A 100% solids, blue, thixotropic, precision mixed, degassed, and frozen polyurethane adhesive compound for advanced electronic assembly.

Appli-Thane® 7300

A one‐component, blue, thermally conductive, polyurethane adhesive compound for advanced electronic assembly. Appli‐Thane 7300 has a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/mK, and cures to a semi‐flexible material with relatively low modulus and a very low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg). The cured material’s ability to not crack or harm bonded rigid components during thermal cycling is a major plus.

Appli-Thane® 7308

Appli-Thane 7308 is a one-component, red, thermally conductive, precision mixed, degassed, and frozen polyurethane adhesive paste for advanced electronic assembly. It is a self-leveling, injectable compound suitable for electronic bonding and potting, and may also be used for bonding leaded components. Appli-Thane 7308 has a very long pot life and maintains its dispensability for over 8 hours, making it the perfect choice for automated dispensing.

Appli-Thane® 7340

Developed as a superior replacement to many aerospace epoxy systems. Because epoxy systems are hard and high modulus after cure, they typically will fail when exposed to extreme thermo‐cycling and vibration environments. Appli‐Thane 7340 is easy to use, and will not harm, bend or break highly fragile substrates like glass and ceramic when exposed to vibration and extreme thermo‐cycling.

Appli-Thane® 7800

Appli-Thane® 7810

A 100% solids, translucent, free flowing, precision mixed, degassed, and frozen polyurethane adhesive compound for advanced electronic assembly. Appli-Thane 7810 can be easily modified to customer needs, including thixotropic, thermal conductivity, and density modifications.
