Mixing
Raw materials used in appli-tec’s products are pre-tested, isolated by lot, and stored in a controlled environment. Mixes are performed according to precise written specifications, and records of the process and lot numbers are maintained in order to ensure traceability of the final product. After mixing, most formulations are degassed to eliminate trapped air. The material is tested again before final packaging, and the data is recorded.
